Carmela Barilà

Carmela Barilà graduated with high distinction in Public Policies (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan) and in Social Sciences (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan).

After a previous experience at a historic Milan-based firm, in 2021 she began collaborating with TCBM as a Trademark Attorney Trainee, and in 2025 she obtained the qualification as an Italian and European Trademark and Design Attorney.

She has gained expertise in the filing, registering and renewal of Italian, EU and international trademarks and designs, in the recordal of trademark ownership changes and in the management of trademark and design portfolios.
